IsDB has different types of scholarships. Each type is for different students, different school levels, and different needs. This page tells all types in simple words. We use facts from official IsDB booklets and website.
IsDB offers scholarships to build smart students for better countries. They focus on subjects that help big goals like good health, more food, clean energy, and strong teaching.
The types started at different times. In 1983, they began with help for Muslim students outside IsDB countries. In 1992, they added PhD help for hard technology. In 1998, master’s for poor countries. In 2019, more for very poor countries with job training.
All types give full help like school fees and monthly money. You give back later like kind loan. Read more on our benefits page.
